UWU Studio’s Well-being Garden
2020
Before lockdown I had arranged to do a community art project at a local school. Unfortunately it was cancelled. To keep myself busy during lockdown I transformed my garden. Painting a mural, mini beast plaques, a bug hotel, a wildflower garden and up cycled tyre planters.
Now restrictions are more relaxed I invited families to come and visit the garden, adhering to social distancing measures. Was amazing to open it up for a few days so local members of my community could enjoy the space as much as I have!
